With an objective of providing financial assistance to the economically poor students to pursue higher education, Guruji Student Credit Card scheme has been launched from the financial year 2023-2024.

Features/Benefits:

• Using this credit card, poor students can get enrolled in graduation course of his/her choice. This includes courses in Engineering, Medicines, Legal, Indian Institute of Technology, Indian Institute of Management.
• Loan of up to 15 lakhs will be provided from the banks.
• The repayment period will be up to 15 years
• The annual interest rate is 4%
• This loan will be collateral free
• There is an option for a one-year moratorium to repay the loan after completing the course.
• Institutional expenses such as course fees, hostel charges can be covered using the loan amount

Eligibility

• Applicant student should have passed 10th and 12th grades
• Loan will be provided to over 2000 meritorious students
